Let us do the driving! We want you to have a chance to look at the neighborhoods as we visit homes for sale. We will provide printed data-sheets about each home we show you so that you can make notes. As your Buyer’s Agent, we will point out the pros and cons of the homes we visit. We will also point out features of the communities and points of interest along the way.
Here are some pointers for home shoppers:
• Dress comfortably
• Wear slip on shoes (many homes ask you to remove your shoes)
• Keep an open mind
• Don’t judge a book by its cover (or a house from a drive-by!)
In most cases, our first visits to homes for sale are just that: A first visit! Don’t worry about taking measurements or looking in the crawl space. We want to create a short list of homes that meet your needs. Let’s go back for a second or third visit to spend more time in the homes that seem like good prospects. We want to give you the time you need to make the right choice. Unlike some high-pressure sales agents, we never pressure you to make a decision too quickly. Choosing a home takes time and careful consideration! We understand that!
